Create a help user account Regla

In order to create a new user in Regla, you need to create an Regla Help user. 
You need to go to Admin / File administration / Employee
  1. Click 'Create new'
  2. Number: put in a fake kennitala (99xxxx-xxxx)
  3. Name: Regla hjálp
  4. User of system: make sure the box is checked
  5. Cell phone: 1234-567
  6. Email: xxx@regla.is
  7. Click 'Save'
 
When you click on Save, a window will pop up listing which role/roles the relevant user belongs to.
 
  1. Hover over the icon next to 'Administration'
  2. Check the box for 'File administration'
 
After this i will get an e-mail with a username and password and we can start helping you with your problem.
