Price change for multiple products

Navigate to Sales / Queries / Product List

Export the product list to Excel by selecting the Excel icon top right in the Product List

Download the Product prices template by (1) selecting the Manuals and user settings and then the Product Prices (2) template

1. Copy the Product number from the Product List report to column A
2. Input the new prices with VAT in column B
3. Enter the value 1 in all lines filled in column E

Import the price changes by selecting Import by navigating to Admin / File administration / Import

1. Sale price
2. Select the completed Product prices template
3. Select File contains header
4. Select the correct file delimiter for your computer (if you are unsure open the completed Product prices template with Notepad and check whether , or ;)
5. Select Upload
