Pensions / Collectors

In the pension section, the system uses the standard system of Federation funds and therefore the ID number of pension funds and trade unions are predefined.  
Some common funds and trade unions can be found in the system configuration while others must be added.

Collector can be either a pension fund or a trade union.
When the entry for pension / collection is created, you only need to enter the number of the pension fund / collection and then click the ‘Retrieve information about funds / collectors’ button, information about funds / collectors will be updated but you must fill in the % of payments.

If you click ‘Information for pension funds and unions’ in the header of the form, a detailed list of all pension funds and trade unions will be shown and the number of pension fund or trade union can be found.
If pension/collector is not found in the standard system of Federation funds you have to create it and use some four-digit number and register all the information before you click on then image
