Send time registration to the salary system with a salary bridge

Before the time registration is transferred to the payroll system, rules must be defined in the payroll system that govern the rate at which the hours are booked.

To send the registered hours with a salary bridge to the salary system, select:

Work diary / Queries / Registered hours and products

The time period must be defined and whether an individual employee or the time records of all employees are being sent. Then you have to check the employees and "Show summaries for salary processing" and then "Run query".

The balance will then be displayed and there you can select "Send to the salary system".
