Customers project queries

This is similar to queries for projects as described in 8.2except that this query could be control under Work diary>Admin>Control.
This makes it possible for company to manage the query access and allow some payers to only view projects related with them.

To control the access, you need to create a user (employee) as payer created under Admin > File administration > Employees, and then connect the role Project query for that specific user under Admin > File administration > Roles. Then you can define which customer projects the user is allowed to query under Work diary > Admin > Control.
