If data from Regla is not returned correctly in Excel when a query is made and then saved in an Excel template, the regional settings may not be correct.

It depends on whether you are working on a web version of Excel or the program itself on the machine where the settings are. A good first step is to start by making sure that the Windows operating system is configured correctly, as Excel keeps up with newer versions

Excel settings should follow Windows settings but can be optimized by configuring templates by:
a) selecting a cell
b) selecting More Number Formats
You can then select the appropriate template
